What makes Evocart different from many hosting companies is that we are constantly investing in new software which means from time to time we have to interact with our servers and perform scheduled maintenance. However we aim to keep all servers online during this process as well as carry out work during off peak times (between midnight and 6am).
Unfortunately in certain cases it may cause your site to become inactive for 5 minutes which is why we do it when we know sites are at the quietest and shall inform you of any planned maintenance in advance via email.
